We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team:
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Professionally welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
Manage incoming telephone calls efficiently by screening, prioritizing, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules and meeting calendars, ensuring optimal time management and avoiding conflicts
Draft, review, and manage official emails and correspondence while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and proper business etiquette
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily front desk operations and effective communication flow within the organization
🔹 Requirements:
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
